Do you qualify for a boiler grant?

Free Boiler Grants

Can I get a grant to replace my old boiler?

Yes, if you meet the criteria. The boiler grant is part of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO); a government scheme funded by utility companies including the ‘Big Six’

This grant helps low income households in England, Scotland and Wales to become more energy efficient and lower heating bills. Eligible households with an old boiler, that’s 8 years old or more, can apply for a grant to install a new A-rated boiler using a Gas Safe Registered Boiler Grants installer. You may be required to make a contribution towards the cost of the boiler replacement.

If you don’t qualify for a boiler grant the Green Deal Finance Scheme can provide a loan, as an alternative, enabling you to carry out energy efficient home improvements at no upfront cost.  Find out if you are eligible for a replacement boiler grant by completing the Boiler Grant online form today. We will also ask you for the make and model of your current boiler, how old it is and whereabouts it’s located. If you can have all of this information to hand when we ring we’ll be able to get your application processed a lot quicker. Apply online above.
